Glock Kit Installation ... Drop-In ?

The owner's manual for the Glock conversion kit says these things "should" be drop-in but that there is possibility of some smithing, if fit is to tight. You fellas that have the conversion running now ... did you find the kits a true drop-in or were these smithing steps necessary? Thanks. k

Mine dropped in with no smithing of any sort; the slide slipped on like it came from Glock. The mags dropped free and fed with no problem.

When doing the floor plate conversion to 8rounds..my mag fits a little more tight in the magwell and does not drop free to the ground when you eject it but instead you have to pull it out...According to guncrafter industries..this is normal..Just wanted to know if anyone that did this conversion has had this issue.
