So, I sold my regular G20 (that worked perfectly with the .50 conversion) to by a new G20SF(Since I have freakishly small hands for my size.) So I get my new toy home and immediately install the GI kit.... And.... It doesn't work!!

Problem: When the slide is racked to the rear it tightens up, never hits a stop, and sticks open. Total bummer!

Anyone hear of such a problem? Better yet, Have a fix?

Interesting, because its my understanding (code for I could be wrong) that the G20 and G21 frames are identical so it would follow that the SF frames would also be identical. I've been using a G21SF frame with the conversion with no problems.

Is an internal part a possibility? I had a similar problem with a G32 when I incorrectly installed the slide stop.

Thanks for the reply. I was under the same impression that the frames were the same. If it wont work I'll have a 20sf for sale. LOL.

I just looked at the slide stop, and it looks to be installed properly (Could be wrong though.) The gun is brand new, no rounds through it yet. I'll take out and throw a couple hundred rounds through it this weekend and see if anything changes. But the stock 10mm slide operates as it should. If it doesn't work after this weekend, I'll call Guncrafter.

I have an empty feeling without my .50 operational. LOL. I love this thing.

I have the Glock 21 sf and my .50 conversion works flawlessly.
The only thing I notice is that if you have a mag loaded with 9 rounds you've got to press the mag release button very hard to eject the loaded mag. I hope the polymer parts wont wear out.

Mine sticks slightly when fully racked back on my 21SF, but it is not a problem when firing.
